A New Direction

It is my desire is to breath life back into this blog. I over the coming weeks and months I am going to take it into a different direction then I had originally intended when the blog was first designed. I still keep clothing and accessories from around the web that I feel need better coverage but I will now also include photography and other aspects of design the in my opinion need to be highlighted. So stay tuned to the rebith of BDegan Style.

lovegrove & repucci - New York Delft Tableware

Ok, very cool set of plates. A mix of NYC and China (the plate kind). Overall, worth checking out. Made by lovegrove & repucci, a design company I just found out about and have a few other cool things. For example they have a table shaped like a grand piano, which has a place to plug in you ipod and doubles as speaker.

Obey - The Scour Japan Photo

This shirt reminds me a lot of the Buff Monster one I posted a few days ago. While I honestly feel that Obey is getting way to overplayed, I still see some of their stuff plastered up on the streets and I remembered what I liked about the art in the first place. This shirt reminds me of that.

Ben Sherman - Brit

Not the exact pair of shoes I was looking for but similar, if you come across a pair of Golas that look very similar that is what I was trying to put up on the blog. These Ben Sherman's are pritty nice too. What I like about them is that they are classic shoe on top and sneaker on the bottom. Best of both worlds.

Design Within Reach - Horizontal Shoe Rack

I am currently putting together a room on the west cost and in the upcoming months I am looking to put together a room on the east cost. And being a guy who likes shoes (yes, and i am not afraid to admit it) I need some place to put them. This Stainless Steel Rack comes in two sizes and holds either 3-4 or 6-7 pairs of shoes. It is a nice simple design that keeps your shoes up off the ground making life a little easier.

Kaws, the American artist has come out with a line of clothing with the Medicom. This like buffmonster is another artist I really like and I think it is great he has a line of clothes out. This shirt is not the best of his stuff, but it is fun and it fits into his style.

Banana Republic - Cotton/Linen graphic sweater

First of all, Banana Republic is really bad at naming things. Also, I realise I have been posting a lot of tees and shoes from a very young, casual style. I thought I would class it up a bit. This sweater does just that. It is rather thin so it doesn't do to much to keep you warm but it helps. Also it looks cool, but it is always a smart idea to layer over it for both warmth and for the look (or at least thats what i think).

I am in a t-shirt mood as of late so here is a shirt that I just came across that is just adventrous for me to like. The site says that it is a "print that you might see in in your living room on your couch". And now you tow can wear your couch. In hornor of Paris Hilton being in jail, I rate this shirt "Thats Hot".

Cr8tive Recreation - The Cesario Shoe

This shoe company started of customising AF1s as far as I am aware, but now they have some pretty slick stuff of all there own. They are just starting to make it the main stream as stores like urban outfitters picks up the line. Overall, well worth checking out. I have a pair or low tops and love them.

Buff Monster - Billboard Shirt

I have an Love this shirt. The Shirt is a prime example of one of the many $30 designer t-shirts that are starting to fill up my closet. A warning about this shirt, if you have no body mass you will look you just walked out of a gay club at all times, also it you are really really well built the same thing will happen. Then again, that might be the look you are going for. Also to be noted, the size run tight.

Nike - US Soccer Jersey

As you can probably tell from my complete bumbling of the English language, I am an America. And, as you can probably tell from my previous post I am a soccer (or Football abroad) fan. So support your boys. I was thinking that it might work with a blazer or something but the stripes are in the wrong place, so you will lose them. At that point what is the point.

Le Coq Sportif - MCFC Jersey

The Manchester City Football Club's (MCFC) new jersey for their 07/08 season is no longer made by Reebok but rather Le Coq Sportif, a french company. With all the turmoil in the club right now I think who provide there kits is the least of their problems but still. Sportif also has some very cool stuff that is not for any team. Look forward to seeing that in an upcoming post, just as soon as I figure out how to navigate there french store. Plus on top of all that, and most imporantly... GO BLUE!!!

TAG Huger- Monaco

This watch is just to add a bit of class to, well anything. It has a nice big face and a simple leather band as no doubt you can see from the image. A similar watch to this graced the writs of Steve McQueen back in the day, and if I may say so, that is a good group of watch owners to be in.

These classic shoes are designed for indoor soccer but they are good for all occasions, weather it is on the pitch for a weekend pick-up game, with jeans and a t-shirt, and wearing them with a black and white suit. Now the question how clean do you want to keep them?
